Here is the Lac d'Aydat hiking sign, the largest natural lake in Auvergne, located at an altitude of 837 meters. This volcanic dam lake, formed over 8,500 years ago by a lava flow from the Puys de la Vache and Lassolas, spans 65 hectares and reaches a maximum depth of 15 meters. Surrounded by forests and hills, Lac d'Aydat is a popular destination for swimming, water activities, and hiking, offering exceptional panoramic views of the Chaîne des Puys. The ideal gift for lovers of the Massif Central.

Made in France, our wooden sign reproduces the style of real directional posts found on hiking trails. Also discover our customizable sign, our lake signs, and all our gift ideas for hikers.
